Sacred Phases Usui Reiki sessions are an intentional space to slow down, reconnect, and receive care that is tailored to you. Each session weaves together Usui Reiki, Nurturing Touch, and Herbal Tea to create a grounding ritual you can carry beyond the session itself.

This personalized Reiki experience is designed to help you slow down, settle in, and reconnect with yourself.
Your Alignment begins with a check-in and is followed by a full body Reiki session where your energy centres are cleared for easier flow. The support each energy centre requires inspires the creation of a custom herbal tea blend with up to 7 herbs.
You'll leave your session with a Custom Ritual Kit that includes a Small Ritual Pouch of your custom blend, a reusable tea bag, a stone of your choosing, and a simple ritual for continuing your experience beyond the treatment room.

A Reiki inspired experience created especially for events & markets.
Sit with me for 15 minutes.
We will explore your energy centres with a gentle check-in, you will smell the herbs associated with each chakra, and I will work with you to select the right trio for your custom blend.
Then you will trust your own intuition and pick a stone and mantra to carry you forward in wellness and care.
Your tea comes packed in three small portions of loose herb to take home and blend yourself, along with a custom label and ritual coaster.

What is Usui Reiki?
Usui Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing that supports relaxation, balance, and deep healing. It is non-invasive and uses light touch or hovering hands to bring flow to the body's natural energy field.
How should I prepare?
Come as you are! Please ensure you are comfortably dressed, reiki work is done over the clothes typically laying down (although we can accommodate with sitting if that is preferred). You will be asked to complete an intake form before your first session.

No problem! My sessions and tea blends are designed to support all stages and cycles. If you are looking to conceive, pregnant, postpartum, or menopausal - these sessions are a great way to honour where you are in your life and get some much needed rest and relaxation.
