Reiki & Custom Tea Sessions
Currently we offer three signature sessions that weave together Reiki, Cranial Massage, and Herbal Support. Our Reiki sessions are one-on-one and designed to return the client to balance through deep relaxation. We start each session with a brief check-in and always finish with a complimentary cup of tea. Sacred Alignment - $80
Dive deep with our grounding and transformative Sacred Alignment session. This 60 minute session begins with energy work and cranial massage followed by an intuitive tea ritual with the creation of a cup of tea blended to support your body's unique energetic rhythm. First time ritual seekers must book this foundational appointment, returning clients may book our other session options and consider Sacred Alignment to be a seasonal tune-up.
Sacred Ease - $65
This deeply relaxing 45 minute session offers returning clients an extended reset for deeper tension. Designed to restore inner calm this session may include techniques such as breath and sound work and finishes with a cup of our signature Seven Sacred Sips. Ideal for moments of burnout or energetic disconnection.
Sacred Reset - $45
This 30 minute focused tune up combines reiki, cranial massage, and an intuitive check in. A post session cup of our Seven Sacred Sips gently supports continued healing. Perfect for building on the work from a Sacred Alignment session.

What is Usui Reiki?
Usui Reiki is a Japanese
form of energy healing that supports relaxation, balance, and healing. It's non-invasive and uses light touch or hovering hands to bring flow to the body's natural energy field.
What will my session be like?
Each session blends reiki,
gentle cranial massage, and grounding ritual. You'll be guided into deep relaxation and then offered a cup of herbal tea to complete your experience.

I am pregnant, is this a concern?
No! My offerings are designed
to support people in all stages and cycles. Looking to conceive, pregnant, postpartum, menopausal - we can adapt each session to your comfort and needs.

What is included in a ritual kit?
Each kit includes a 12g bag of
tea, reusable cotton teabag, intuitively chosen crystal, ritual sigil coaster (to focus on during your ritual), a mantra card, and ritual instructions.

Absolutely! Just let me know when you book or at your appointment. I'll adjust your total accordingly.

Is your space accessible?
Please let me know if you have
specific access needs. I will do my best to accommodate you or suggest alternative options should my home space not be ideal.
Is this a spiritual or religious
practice?
No. My work is inclusive and grounded. While my rituals may feel spiritual, they are centred in mindfulness, care, and connection - not tied to any particular belief.
Do I need to believe in Reiki?
No! For Reiki to work you
do not need to believe in it. Reiki is the energy that exists within all things and supports the nervous system whether or not you hold specific beliefs.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Come as you are! Dress
comfortably and try to arrive hydrated. You will be sent an intake form to complete when you book your session so please take the time to finish that before your session begins.
Are your teas safe during
pregnancy or breastfeeding?
All of my teas are gentle and supportive, I have taken great care to only include herbs that are considered safe during all perinatal stages in my tea unless specifically labelled. However - please check with your care provider if you have specific concerns. I would be happy to personalize something based on your needs!
Can I buy tea or a ritual kit
without booking a session?
Of course! You can e-transfer and arrange a local pickup or purchase with cash at your next session. Just contact me to place an order.

What payment methods do you
accept?
E-transfer is preferred but cash is also accepted at your session. Payment is due either before or at the time of your appointmentI. Refunds will only be made in the form of credit towards a future session. Should you need to cancel or rebook your appointment please contact me as soon as possible.
Where are sessions held?
I offer sessions from my home
or in client homes by arrangement. Unfortunately I am unable to offer client-home sessions to persons with dogs due to allergies. Exact location details for my home space will be provided upon booking.
What does "Sacred Phases" mean?
Sacred Phases pays homage to
the rhythms of the body and nature - from moon cycles to life transitions. Everything is connected and each phase has its own wisdom.
